Sunset on the horizon light reflects on the sand, we walk together side by side hand in hand, like a moth to a flame your temptation is the spark, our love that shines bright not kept in the dark, head over heals your falling into an upward spiral cloud nine, to find this love in one another so divine, only time will tell now if it will last, the sand is dropping fast now in the hour glass, love or lust, a misconception carried away in the wind, how can i love so passionately you whom I adore, will this love that lives in my heart last forevermore?, you who hold the key to my heart can unlock the power of its potion, as we walk side by side again in a lovers motion, but then suddenly you whispered is this lust or infatuation and all hope was since lost, I thought love would overcome, now my heart will pay the cost, frozen in time this lust will remain, misleading temptations uncontrollable like the pouring rain, so when the clouds clear you will see the light, all that is meant to be will soon be near in sight, like a glowing star tantalizing shining in your eyes so bright, there will be no need to cry, we'll let this moment last, one day looking back a faded memory in the past, love, lust or infatuation one can only guess, a state of shear confusion now I must confess, I gave myself to you to hide my loneliness....

CHARITY: Deliver the Dream!
ABOUT DELIVER THE DREAM
Deliver the Dream helps families suffering from a serious illness or crisis. We organize monthly three-day retreats for families. Our program invites up to 15 families, free of charge, to one of our retreat locations. Each family that attends has a member - whether it’s a child or parent – living with an illness such as Cancer, Autism, HIV/AIDS or Cerebral Palsy. Our retreats allow families to relax, enjoy time together, forge new friendships and create support groups with the other families suffering from the same disease. When one person in a family is sick, the entire family is impacted and there are very few organizations nationwide that focus on the whole family unit like Deliver the Dream.
Our Mission
Through consistent advocacy, stewardship and productive partnerships, we will deliver highly effective programs that enable those undergoing crisis or chronic illness to regain strength, mend spirits and become families and kids again.
The Need
Almost all families are touched by illness or crisis during the course of a lifetime, but some families are struck particularly close to home. When a child develops a life-threatening disease, or a parent is diagnosed with a debilitating illness, the impact on the entire family is intense and often overwhelming. Sadly, families facing serious illness or crisis have little opportunity for respite from the stresses of their daily lives. While there are many camps that assist children facing illness, there are very few programs specifically designed to help the entire family unit. That is why Deliver the Dream Family Retreats are so important. Our program helps meet a vital need for families struggling to endure during times of crisis.

POEM: Mend My Broken Heart
Some nights I lay in bed and cry
Wondering when I'll hear from him again
Wondering why I cry....
Remembering his sweet soft little lies
Tears drowning my eyes
I think to myself... One day he'll see
How much he hurt me
I think to myself... One day I'll be free
This was the risk I took from the start
Now I've got to mend my broken heart
Turn my sad tears into tears of joy
I just want to mend my broken heart
Someone to care, to share their love
To mend my broken heart
And then... you were there..
Playing your sweet music, holding your guitar
I took one look and knew.. I wouldn't have to go far..
You could mend my broken heart

POEM by Matt: The First and Last Kiss
Just thinking about her promise is a thrill ride for the day
I've never been kissed, hope it's on a sunny day
But would it be more romantic in the rain
Allow me to over think a first date if I may
The fear of the one perfect kiss and nothing more
Left alone
The taste of strawberry lips soon after to fade away in Mist
Like a dream
The torture of dreaming only once for a lifetime
Tragic but romantic
Othello and Juliet
A mixture of stories with outcomes like dice rolls
All of this thought only within the minute hand of the day
A dream during life what a glorious day
And tis one kiss during sun or rain
Her hand I will cradle with mine before and after
Again and again

WRITINGS: Q & A with Dr. Carlos Wolf
Q: I need help…quickly. I just had my lips injected with Juvederm, just in time for my boyfriend to come visit me from out of town. The problem is that my doctor gave me too much and I look like a Ubangi. Is there anything I can do in the next few days to make my lips look normal? My boyfriend is going to freak. Help me!
A: The short answer is yes; so chill he won’t ever know you injected your lips. You are lucky that you got injected with Juvederm. Juvederm, Restylane and Perlane are hyaluronic acid fillers. There is an antidote for people who get injected with them and are not entirely satisfied with their results. Because hyaluronic acid is broken down by the enzyme hyaluronidase , you can have your doctor inject you with this enzyme to rapidly reduce the amount of filler you have in your lips. The usual technique is as follows. Your doctor will determine if you are a candidate for this simple procedure. Once he or she determines that you are, your physician will inject you with some of the enzyme and have you come back after one or two days. Usually it will take a few days for you to respond to the treatment. The enzyme breaks the hyaluronic filler to a product your body will safely absorb. This is an easy fix for an embarrassing problem. The best way to avoid this problem is to pick a physician you feel comfortable with and have seen their results. Remember not everyone can learn how to inject fillers in a weekend course. You should pick a Board Certified Facial Plastic surgeon, Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist. Good luck.
